This type of glass may not be suitable for jewelry; therefore doing these will be at your own risk. The insulin vials are made of glass so please be careful not to break them and get cuts when making and also when wearing these and do so at your own risk. Please especially do take these off before going to sleep or doing any sports as there is a danger you could crush the glass and could be dangerous.

INSULIN EARRINGS

The libre earrings were quite popular so here is a more classic style look with simple beautiful insulin cartridge vials !!

WHAT YOU NEED :

// empty insulin cartridge ( vials might be a bit big for these but you can give it a go ! )

// craft glitter >> get from amazon >> https://amzn.to/2Gt2Ufo

// earring hooks >> get from amazon >> https://amzn.to/2GGRowO

// nose pliers >> get from amazon >> https://amzn.to/2GKHOcn

HOW TO :

step 1: // remove the plastic cap from your vials

step 2: // remove the label wrap ( optional )

step 3: // open up the jumpring on the earring hook

step 4: // attach it to the gummy part of the vial where you stick the needles in

step 5: // close the hearing loop and put a smile on

And just like that you are done ! all you have to do now is make a pendant to match !

INSULIN PENDANTS

Another use for those insulin vials is to turn them into beautiful jewelry so that you can proudly wear your insulin and bring an homage to this liquid gold that keeps us alive ! The steps are pretty much the same but I added some glitter to spice things up a bit !
